3. AI-Generated Analysis Disclaimer

• AI-generated recommendations are not personalized financial advice

11. No Endorsement

Inclusion of a lender in our network does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of quality. We do not verify lender credentials, ratings, or performance. You should independently research lenders before proceeding and report any concerns to appropriate regulatory authorities.

12. Risk Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that taking out a business loan carries significant financial risk. Before proceeding, you should understand:

• Personal liability for loan repayment
• Risk of business failure or cash flow problems
• Consequences of loan default or non-payment
• Impact on personal and business credit
• Potential loss of collateral or personal assets
• Long-term financial obligations

13. Limitation of Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AI LOAN ADVISORS LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind
• Lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, or lost data
• Damages arising from reliance on AI-generated analysis or recommendations
• Damages arising from any data breach, unauthorized access, or security incident
• Damages resulting from the actions or decisions of lenders in our network
• Damages arising from service interruptions, errors, or technical failures
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or documents
• Any damages exceeding the total amount paid by you to AI Loan Advisors LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if AI Loan Advisors LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

14. Document and Data Security Disclaimer

While AI Loan Advisors LLC implements industry-standard security measures including AES-256-GCM encryption, SSL/TLS transport encryption, row-level security policies, and private storage infrastructure:

• We do not guarantee the absolute security of any data or documents uploaded to our platform
• We are not liable for any unauthorized access, data breach, data loss, or data corruption
• You upload documents and provide information entirely at your own risk
• You should maintain your own copies of all documents and not rely solely on our platform for document storage
• We are not responsible for the security practices of third-party infrastructure providers, lenders, or other service providers
• In the event of a security incident, our liability is limited as set forth in our Terms of Service

By using our platform and uploading documents, you expressly waive any and all claims against AI Loan Advisors LLC related to data security incidents to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Loan Advisors LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

16. No Fiduciary Relationship

Nothing in these terms or your use of our platform creates a fiduciary relationship, partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and AI Loan Advisors LLC. We owe you no fiduciary duties. Our platform provides information and broker services only; we do not act as your agent, trustee, or advisor in any capacity.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our platform complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, laws related to financial transactions, data privacy, anti-money laundering, fraud prevention, and consumer protection.
